About Dr Tina Gupta
The Program was founded by Dr Tina Gupta MD who received her Psychiatry training from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. After completing her post graduation she has worked on several research projects and is currently associated as Senior Consultant with Max Hospitals Saket and Panchsheel Park.

Dr Gupta has evolved her unique approach to deal with emotional disorders in women by an integrated method looking at her emotional struggles in the context of her entire life history, her achievements, failures and challenges, her hormonal influences at different stages of the reproductive cycle, her family history, genetics and biology, her medical history, her care giver and other social roles and the impact of her family-cultural- occupational background.

As a client of Dr Tina Gupta at Wee Care Clinic you will receive highly individualized, expert care in a safe, compassionate and confidential environment. Our goal is to match each patient with a treatment plan that works for them.

“I am passionate about my work in psychiatry and feel privileged that patients entrust me with their most sensitive concerns. I practice a holistic approach that integrates medication, psychotherapy, and lifestyle interventions to provide not just acute treatment of symptoms but also impart learning about how to overcome past and present difficulties and lead a healthy and emotionally balanced life.”

Dr Tina Gupta will follow her clients taking medication periodically to reassess your symptoms, any side effects, symptom improvement, relapse and medication dose adjustments. Brief solution focused supportive psychotherapy is offered in each visit lasting 15 to 20 minutes.

In specific cases long term psychotherapy is offered over regular sessions of 30 to 60 mins. Psychotherapy is mostly effective with weekly visits, but often patients will come more frequently at first, then less frequently as therapy improves presenting problems.
