Our treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Relaxation therapy exposure and other behavior therapies and Motivational Interviewing.
Psychotherapy and counseling is provided in 2 formats : CRISIS OR CLARITY SESSION is a single long session to manage acute crisis situation and develop future guidance. REGULAR COUNSELING done over weekly sessions lasting 30 to 45 mins. Session frequency and duration of treatment is planned according to underlying disorder.
